The successful candidate will work directly with the office manager on a variety of sales and marketing projects and activities. This includes planning marketing campaigns, dealing with existing clients, mining for new clients, monitoring customers’ feedback, replying to customer enquiries, managing marketing channels (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Google Ads, etc.), sorting orders, listing products on our sales channels (i.e. Website, EBay, Amazon, etc.), and other admin activities such as:
- Type correspondence, reports and other documents
- Maintain office files
- Answer phones
- Direct calls and respond to inquiries
- Perform other related duties as required
Please note that this is an apprenticeship so No Experience is required. We will provide you with all the training and support to ensure that you develop the skills and abilities needed for the job.
The successful candidate will start of at £3.70 per hour for 30 hours a week. There will be other financial incentives such as bonuses and performance-related pay which are decided on a monthly basis.
